Refer A Patient to CHS Clinic

Providers can refer patients to CHS for audiology services. CHS accepts private pay, Medicare and Medicaid when a referral is provided

Interpreter Services & Captioning

Acting as the link between individuals who are Deaf, DeafBlind or Hard of Hearing who use sign language and hearing individuals who do not know sign language, Chicago Hearing Society helps organizations locate and employ qualified sign language interpreters, certified deaf interpreters (CDI), oral interpreters, relay interpreters and real-time captioning services.
